Brush Masters Services Co. (Brush Masters) uses personal information to assess land-clearing requests, provide services and communicate with customers.
We collect contact information such as your name, email, phone and property location, project details and approximate acreage, optional property photos, and communications about your request. Photos may contain location metadata. Please avoid including people, documents or other sensitive information.
Website quote requests are collected and stored by HighLevel (GoHighLevel/LeadConnector), our form and customer-management provider. New hosted-form submissions are not copied to the website inbox. Authorized team members use this information to assess and respond to your project.
Historical inquiries and photos submitted through our previous website form remain in our administrator-only website inbox and server storage. The legacy submission endpoint remains available for requests already in progress.
Providing a phone number alone does not authorize automated text messages. The quote form offers a separate, optional SMS consent checkbox for quote-related messages and follow-up reminders. You can decline and still request a quote. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.
We do not sell mobile information or share it with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared for third-party marketing. Service providers may process this information on our behalf to deliver requested communications and operate our services.
HighLevel processes form submissions, uploads and technical request information. Its form may use security and anti-abuse technologies. We disable sticky-contact prefill and save-progress on this form. We do not forward the parent website URL or query parameters through a provider embed script.
We use hosting services, Plausible analytics and Meta Pixel to operate and measure the website. Meta measures page views; automatic event configuration is disabled in our website code. The hosted form does not currently report verified lead conversions to our website analytics. A legacy, successfully saved website inquiry may send a generic Plausible event without form fields or photos.
